I've recently gone vegan and feel great!
However, I am looking for a plant source of EPA-DHA (not only ALA like flaxseed).
I am considering chia seeds (I like the idea of using something straight from nature) and maybe algae capsules. Not sure whether they will work as well as, say, Theratears Nutrition which I used to take.
Any vegans here to suggest something for me?
