Hi all,
My eye doc told me to take Clarimist spray to help combat the the evaporative dry eyes I have. He said the phospholipids in Clarimist directly help the lipid layer.
I tried it, but actually it stings my eyes (common I hear with PC users).
So, I did some research and found that Clarimist's primary ingredient is "phosphatidylcholine". I then did some research and found "phosphatidylcholine" in the form of capsules.
"PURE ENCAPSULATIONS - Phosphatidylcholine. Supports hepatic, cognitive and cellular health. Dietry supplement, 60 softgel capsules".
I'll let you know how I get on!
