I started using Systane Balance a few days a go and I'm liking a lot. The only thing which concerns me is that here on the forum and my eye doctor said since it has preservatives its not good to use it too much. She told me to keep it under 4 times a day. Do preservatives cause more dryness or eye problems in the long run? why do a lot of people stay away from eye drops which contain preservatives?
