Hi,
Saw my eye doctor on Tuesday and still have a marked papillary conjunctivitis despite a month on Opatanol.
He has started me on Dexamethasone three times a day for a week then twice for a week before stopping. he also wanted me to have refresh plus 0.5% four times a day to treat the concurrent dryness.
So far i don't think there is any problem with the steriod drops. Reason being, day 1 i used my regular blink intensive tears (sodium hy) drops and my eyes were white and felt good. Today, i thought I would try the refresh drops and to be honest for one, they do not seem to have the same lubricating properties as the refresh and two, my eyes have been sore in a short period of time after installation. I have tried these drops before, and dropped them quite quickly but can't remember why.
so, this leads me to maybe think I am sensitive / allergic to the refresh plus drops, and wonder if anyone else has a similar experience?
