Hey
Just thought I would actually post something contributory here and recommend Bion Tears. I've tried every other drop (except for the Dry Eye website mail order ones, which I will get around to ) and these are by far the best. They seem to almost perfectly match the composition of actual tears, if that makes sense. Like, if I put any other type of tear in it feels like there is a foreign gooey substance in my eye - which doesn't necessarily feel bad but it doesn't feel natural as such - Bion Tears just feels like my eyes have been restored to their normal tear composition.
If you haven't tried it yet, you should!!! God that sounded like a paid advertisement but I'm genuinely trying to help out fellow DES sufferers out there.
Regards
Tommo
