I have used Dwelle for post-LASIK dry eye. Dwelle helped stop the recurrent erosoins I experienced for the first nine months post-op.
1. I first used Dwelle in Feb. 2002. I still use it occasionally at bedtime.
2. Beginning Feb. 2002 I used only Dwelle, 5-6 times/day for a period of 5 weeks. I also used it at bedtime and during the night. Dwelle healed my epithelium and the erosions stopped occuring.
3. The only adverse effect of Dwelle is that it leaves a residue on your lashes. I wipe it away with a damp tissue.
4. I use Dwelle during the winter months at bedtime. The furnace is running and most environments I find myself in are bone dry.
