Here's my issue- I want to take Medennium,Inc to small claims court for the costs of all of this. (No lawyers will take the case because I am not permanently maimed), BUT- the doctor who put them in has 'lost' my records, and the surgeon who took them out says he discarded them, even though I made a special appointment with him and wanted him to sign a statement that he would retain the foreign object. He refused. I have now called the pathology department where the plugs are being held, I guess inside a parrifan (sp?) wax-type block. They are refusing to photograph or release any of what they have. Don't really know why I'm posting...Blue Cross has figured out was to deny the claim, so I'm looking at $7000+ out of pocket. And I have no proof of any kind that smartplugs were involved. Any ideas would be appreciated.
