Hello.
I have a permanent punctal plug (silicone EAGLEPLUG, http://www.eaglevis.com/plugs.htm) in my left eye allready 5 days. I feel a foreign body sensation when I look to the right. I can see that the collarette is tilted and rubbing against my eye. This has happened to me twice which makes me think this is caused by my canaliculus anatomy. Should I try punctal plugs with slanted collarette which conform to the natural anatomy of the eyelid for maximum patient comfort, for example http://en.rumexbaltics.eu/catalog/re...tum_plugs-1662 ? Does anybody have experience with these punctal plugs? Or is it inevitable that when I have punctal plugs I have some kind of rubbing with them?
Thank you!
