Scleral lenses after pregnancy/breastfeeding

Posting here too since I haven't had any replies, in need of your opinions or advice...

Are scleral lenses dependent on corneal topography to be fitted, or it doesn't matter because they don't have contact with the cornea? I am pregnant at the time, very dry eyes, and I'm wondering for how long should I wait after breastfeeding my baby to wait for the cornea to settle before pursuing them.
