Hi - just thought I would add my recent success. I (finally) got around to purchasing some Guard dogs specs to fit over my goggles and a pair of tranquileyes for sleeping...
What a difference! for the 1st time in a long time I am headache free of an evening! Admittedly I am off work at present so not using the pc heavily but I am hopeful. I am fortunate as I work from home mostly so can look like an insect in my big specs!
For those who have considered some kind of moisture chamber but have yet to try - DO IT!
