Can anyone recommend an opthamologist in the Portland OR / PacNW area?

I have been struggling with a moderate case of bleph for 3-4 years and have begun losing patience with my current doctor. He's provided no insight or knowledge that I couldn't research myself and even told me that my lids looked "perfectly normal" at the last visit when they were swollen and blown-up red.

I've realized that most education and treatment will need to be done myself but I'd still appreciate another medical opinion.
