looking for good optometrist plus optician in palm beach, jupiter fl. area

I am new to this forum and need help. I have dry eyes, small cataracts, corneal abrasions on the lower part of my eyes, they don't close completely when I am sleeping. I need glasses, but cannot find anyone to fit me for progressive lens. I can't see well enough in the distance to
read road signs until I'm very close to them. I have read about different types of lenses and think if I could only find an optometrist that
knows something about the problems I have, he would know what to do. Does anyone know an optometrist and optician in Palm Beach Gardens,
North Palm Beach or Jupiter Florida that would fit this description?
