I saw Dr. Leonard in this office. Found them from my insurance company's website, was impressed that they have their own website. Called to make an appointment and I said "I need someone that will listen to me". The receptionist heard my concerns, and said Dr. Leonard would definitely take good care of me, and she did/does.
I wanted to have "occasional use" contacts -- and she hooked me up. The office is not at all about trying to get you to buy stuff. They'll find every possible way to provide discounts, samples, etc.
They made me come back one week after my initial appt for the lenses -- I have had lots of eye drs just give me lenses and send me on my merry way. The lenses, of course, did not work out. The key thing is the office is willing to KEEP TRYING till we find a solution. I like that I can call or email anytime I have a question, too.
PLEASE NOTE: These are not DES specialists. I needed someone to see me right away due to blurry vision, and they did. They considered my other health conditions before prescribing therapy. They did not seem inconvenienced by my questions and "but..."s.
They do specialize in non-surgical vision correction, and they try to find ways to help. They *explain* things (I got to see the pictures of the insides of my eyes on the computer -- from the "OPTOMAP retinal evaluation system"-- and she walked me through the pictures, pointing out what everything was, educating me about it!)
I debated about posting this, since they don't specialize in DES, but it if helps anyone....I had a hard time finding a dr that listens.
