Hi I just found this thread and wanted to add my experience. I have been to so many doctors-and last week I saw Dr. Foulks in Louisville. He is wonderful. He showed me the proper way to do the eyelid massage and I can honestly say after a few days I see a big improvement-nice pink tissue in my eyelids-not bright red and hurting!
He is also having me try the new Systane Ultra drops which really last quite long on the eyes-love them!
And I go back next mongth and I believe we are going to try the blood serum drops and then possibly sclerals in the future!
He has such a positive attitude and even asked my participation in a study he is doing on measuring the osclarity of tears.
So, if anyone is in search of a great doc and live around this area or even if they are willing to travel-he is the guy to see. He is a total dry eye specialist. I have hope again that I will get better!
