I really wonder how to prevent MGD from worsenig. I did not perform Warm compress and lid massage before. Do warm compress and lid massage help a lot? i tried them before for weeks, they can not help much.
Anybody who took doxy before ( doxy worked well ) find doxy can not work well later?
My eyes are very sore and burning now in the morning even with all the help of medicine. I can not sleep well.
I have been taking 100mg doxycycline every other day for the past two years. The medicine works wonderfully. However, it seems that doxy can not work well to me even if I take 100mg twice every day. It relieves my systom a little, but not well.
I wonder if my body has medicine resistance after taking doxy so long or my MGD get worse. Does doxycycline always work for MGD? I just visited Drs last week. They said doxy usually works, but I doubt it now. They both said my eyes are very dry as they said two years ago, but my eyes were 100% good after taking doxycycline.
If my eyes are very painful in the future, is taking my eye out an option? I It is very terrible disease. Normal people can not understand us.
