After many months of reading and getting wonderful help from this site I have decided to take the plunge and post. Last summer,after surgery and a skin graft on my face for an invasive basal cell carcinoma,I also had radiation therapy as an extra precaution. Unfortunately this proceedure did cause my severe dry eye. I have a wonderful Dr. At Bascom Palmer and we are trying many different ways to treat. I am also very lucky in having a wonderful support group in my family and to have find the dry eye zone online. I'm using restasis,eye drops and have discovered tranquileyes and moisture release goggles thanks to Rebecca and her shop and reviews.
I do have a question today. I just had punctal cautery on my right lower lid and wondered about how soon I can use my tranquileyes with moisture and beads again.
