I finally (after many years) got around to sorta completing my profile.
Only to then see it was truncated by the forum's programmer.
So here's the complete version:
UNDER THE CATEGORY OF "ADDED NOTES":
I have FM & AI inflamations. Seek REAL cure without robotizing myself to monitor the application of eyedrops or uncomfortable night masks. The latter irritated my lids, and eyedrops I've found to be a temp.fix. (Speaking about the ones readily available OTC and/or which don't cost a minor fortune. As it is, even OTC pricing has gone thru the roof.
I find that coffee helps my inflamed-eyes & headaches BUT at risk of severe Esophagitis, hearburn, heart-constriction & plantar-fascitis all acting up.
So to mitigate that:
I take coffee moderately WITH MILK & CALORIC-SWEETENER ADDED.
Unlike other members who seem to thrive on avoiding caffeine & dairy, my system GETS CALM from:
(1) Moderate coffee as stated above
(2) lowfat dairy & eggs (high lysine that's low-fat
(3) balancing irritating Arginine-stuff with Lysine
(4) balancing Arginine with Honey
(5) balancing Salts/Acids with Honey/dairy/eggs
(6) Yogurts, good-quality Cherry-berry drinks or teas, yellow oils, flaxoil, yams, greens, mayonnaise, low-sodium, lowfat-dairy - all these are good for me.
To counter dry-eye & headaches:
I also place G-Midifier in SMALL computer-room.
I place it DIRECTLY-AT the forced-air vent.
Simultaneously, rubbing VapoRub or White-Tiger-Balm or tiny bit peppermint-oil on my temples adds to the refreshingness of using the G-Midifier.
