Hello,
Two weeks ago I was diagnosed blepharitis and meibomian gland dysfunction. Same eye doctor told me Jan 2014 I had chronic dry eye and since then have been using lubricant drop (refresh plus). 43 year old female in relatively good heath otherwise. I am currently starting week 3 of steroid eye drops, lid scrubs,and warm compresses all that 2x a day in addition to lubricant drops.
Looking for other less expensive methods to treat this and seeking to learn from what others suffering from these conditions are doing to treat it. I also wear googles around the house now which makes my significant other laugh at me constantly!
