I know that my fellow dry eye patients generally feel there are few resources available to us here in the UK.
However, I think the NHS has a relatively informative webpage that contains some diagrams that may help newbies better understand their condition and limited treatments available.

They may not contain any ground breaking information but there may just be something that helps someone.
