(Omits systemic causes, lenses, more severe cases. Docs have mixed views on meibomian gland probing and Lipiflow. Also, demodex. But maybe dermatophyte aetiologies are still overlooked in MGD. If suspected, search PubMed on 'Tseng demodex' for his findings in Miami.)
