I finally found out who is providing my "Jupiter 16mm scleral lenses" for corneal irregularity, Lasik damage, acute dry eye syndrome
Was told these are the people who invented Jupiters.

Visionary Optics told me they worked with the doctor who invented the concept and he died a couple of years ago. They produce lenses up to 20mm
