Hi, I've noticed there is two Thera tears fish oil. http://www.theratears.com/eye-nutrition/ This is one I have coming, and there is another the blue box with the eye on it, I'm sure you all know which I'm referring to is not please look it up. I've ordered this box out of my optremist advise, I'm already doing warm compress three times and lid scrubs twice with fml steroid and another eye drop until this comes. My question is: has anyone had relief off these? I myself have tried a few fish oils: Thera life, Holland and barrett, flaxseed and normal fish oil off amazon, and tescos brand and evening primrose oil. I'm very worried about this brand also got advised hyabak and another brand. I just wondered if anyone had relief off this? And how long did it work? Had no relief of mgd, I have grade 2 if it helps most glands are indeed open and healthy with a few plugged. I'm just nervous because I've tried many products. If this does not work I have another appointment in June should I ask for doxy? Or what else can I try? Had this diagnosed since early 2015 and can't afford Ipl or lipiflow. Any advise is appreciated, I also seen eye peace but I didn't get this at the place due to I do not have arthiritis sorry bad spelling probably, is this something I should invest in? I hate blinking due to lack of oil >~
