My brother got attacked and suffered a brain injury. On vent and pupils fixed and dilated. Waiting a week to see if he responds to anything. Can emotional tears cause more eye pain. Im at my rope here and this is just to brutal to bear. I already get no sleep with this. God is cruel and i wish it were me not him. Anyway can these gtears make dry eye worse
