Question about lyrica and corneal neuralgia drugs

Hi, I'm corneal neuralgia patient.
I started to take lyrica 2 weeks ago and it doesn't work so far.
So, I have questions for corneal neuralgia patients.
1. the drugs you take now or took before
2. dose of drugs
**3. How much time did it take to notice positive effect of drug? / How much time did you wait if there was no effect?

for me
1. lyrica
2. 150mg each 30min after breakfast and dinner (300mg/day)
3. Doctor said let's wait for 1 month. I'm now on 2 weeks without any effect.
