Does anyone know HOW to make oil thin/clear?
My oil is still half thick (compared to 6 months ago) and all 3 doctors pressed my glands just asked me do warm compress, etc,
no Restasis nor Cyclosporine were given. I dont have inflammation issue often, last time was 3 years ago).
There must be MORE can be done except warm compress????
My omg 3 (& 6) are more than double than normal - I know I should reduce omeg 6 but not easy as most food with omeg 3 also has omeg 6.
Seems the best ration is 1:4? I only have 50% glands functional (Osmoliarity test: 297) and so I must do more in order to work again. Thanks!
