Just got scripts yesterday for Lyrica and Lacosomide drops are on the way to use in scleral lens. I know it's early...I have only taken one pill but what a difference! It really does relieve the pain. I have had the best day I have had in almost 2 years. Hoping the good news continues. Also, I have been using the sea buck thorn oil after I saw it on DEZ. I think that has helped my MGD. Hope this helps someone in pain. I had been using Tylenol, Tylenol 3 and Lortab, none of which worked except to maybe take a bit of the edge off. I took 150 mg of Lyrica last night which made me kind of zonked. Will try 75mg tonight and see if I can get by with that.
