I'm wondering if there are any studies or profound knowledge on long-term effects of H1 antagonists. I've been taking medication against my hay fever for 2-3 months a year since 15 years now. This medication is known for reducing tear production. I'm wondering if that's just the case as long as you take the medication or if the effects actually last and sum up with every additional period you're taking these meds.
This would be the first logical explanation for my dry eyes without having any other known risk factors.
