Hi, I'm wondering what to do. I've been on Restasis successfully for 2 years. Restasis plus punctal plugs has helped me manage dry eye really well. My insurance is now refusing to cover Restasis. My doctor sent in the second prior authorization only to get denied. I am filing an appeal with my insurance that can take upto 30 days. Worried they'll deny that also. I am worried because I only have 3 vials left. I am worried I will have to go back to putting in artificial drops in every few minutes with discomfort all day like before. I can't afford $500 out of pocket. Are there any reputable online pharmacies that sell Restasis at a lower cost? I am desperate at this point!
