hi I am gone throughout a worst nightmare and mental trauma after bone marrow transplant and dry eye condition from gvhd.now eye condition even worse. schirmer test result only 1 in both eyes.and tbut is nearly 1. after one month use of cyclosporine and omega 3 capsule there is no change.then I blocked my lower punctal plug.there is very little change.but I feel better after use systane ultra.it lasts longer time about 40 min.my dr who practice in shankara nethraloya Kolkata is very good understand my problems well.now he suggested upper punctum permanently block and boston lens. I will block my upper puncta tomorrow. but I fear for Boston lens.may be it will last treatment option for me.but if it fails.I don't know what I will do.I ask valuable advice from lens users.is there any other treatment option for me?
