I've had blepharitis along with dry eyes for about 3 years now. I've most recently been treated with tobradex and lotemax along with the usual warm compresses, restasis and artificial tears with minimal success. Yesterday night my right eyelid swelled to twice the size it's ever been. Does anyone have any suggestions to calm this down? I was thinking of ice to reduce the swelling, but everyone says warm compresses. I'm hoping this is just a temporary setback because it sure doesn't look or feel good....thanks
