I have run many diet tests since i got dry eye 2 years ago....most unsuccessful. Increasing Omega-3 with eggs i believe has helped but my efforts at body cleansing, liver purge, vitamins (incl. Bio Tears) have largely not worked. I've tried "wheat grass" clorafill and juicing. I tried accupuncture too and it gave relief but not a cure. I'd like to hear what others have done in this regard.
