I've tried everything to get a deep sleep (goggles, gels, ointments, masks) and the only way I can get more than two hours is with cling film.
I NEED sleep due to the exhausting burden of multiple health conditions, but I'm worried the cling film is making the bacteria in my glands worse. Is there anything I can do in the day to offset this?
