I've been battling with so-called dry eye for a year. Had recent cataract surgery and RK surgery 20 years ago. I am yet to find someone who can confirm a diagnosis. Although I can see 20/15 now, I feel like I am looking through fog or dirty lenses all the time. I have floaters now due to the surgery/my age (55) which is a challenge but nothing compared to this foggy vision. Has anyone else experienced this symptom? Is it truly due to DRY EYE? or something else? I'm going crazy!!!
