Has anyone, in this day and age, after all our hard work, ever seen a cornea specialist in private practice advertising for dry eye, registered with all major medical insurers, treating patients in UK Spire and Nuffield for example, who has charged full rate for a follow-up appointment and prescribed without even getting off his chair to do a basic eye exam? He also refused questions on his treatment by email without a further appointment. Asking for a friend. Thank you for your thoughts.
