Tinted eyeglasses advice sought

Hello everyone! I’m planning to order tinted prescription eyeglasses and am looking for recommendations regarding tint color for ******g or reducing the appearance of eye redness.

i currently use lightly tinted computer glasses that are amber colored, but I wonder if another color might be better.
