Has anybody tried PRP injection into lacrimal glands ? In Europe I heard about two eye clinics - in Alicante in Spain and in Ljublana in Slovenia, who do them. Does anybody know about other eye clinics who do them ? I read some studies that lacrimal glands regenerate for people with schirmer at least 3 mm - but I do not know how it works for people with nearly no tears. Also it is not clear if you need to get injection every few months or so or is it enough to get just up to three injections and it lasts forever.
