Wet moist heating Pads are more effective for MGD then dry heating pads

I went to a corneal specialist and when they ask are you using hot compress thats dry or is it moist. I said its a dry cloth I microwave for 30 secs and use. He said you need use hot compresses that are moist and wet or it won't as affective.

He works at one best hospitals in U.S. so I'm sure he knows that. I was wondering if maybe they sold some kind of heating pad that can turn to moist when heated. Would anyone know if their is something like that?
