Both Dwelle and Dakrina can develop problems with blockage in the tip if over-exposed to cold. This is one reason why they must not be stored in the refrigerator.
With the frigid winter temps in many parts of the country... just want to remind people: I'd advise against keeping the drops in your car in winter, or anywhere else where they will be exposed to cold for long periods. It's also important to promptly and firmly cap the bottles immediately after use and keep them clean. With proper care they should last just fine. If a bottle tip stops up for no apparent reason, contact the Shop and we'll replace it. We ain't no Allergan, though, so we appreciate people being reasonable in their use of the refund/replacement policies.
