Toplical ALA - Speedy Trials ?

Found and read the Post by Michael Lange OD about the promising use of Topical ALA..as below

It seems a no brainer but when can we see this being tried
Will Ophthals dare try it ? I mean DHEA has been tried, Restasis isnt exactly non-toxic and we have steroid drops...

ALA sounds pretty benign compared to what we have available..

SO can we hope that someone will be brave and trial it on a few patients NOW ?

Some of us are pretty darn desperate My hands up.
