The other day I went to visit my fathers grave - its a small cemetary - maybe 50 graves - he was 82 - I started to walk around and noticed that almost 3/4 of the deceased were under 50 yrs old.
So I thought to myself, when ever you start feeling down, make a decision to realize, hey - I am alive - and go from there
Life is very short and every day I feel like I have a new illness - but in the end - I can say - 'Thanks God, for another day"
