Scleral Lens Solution Combinations for India

For folks in India, since I may not find the products available elsewhere. What do you put in your scleral lenses? I am looking for different Saline products, Saline+Serum, Saline+Preservative free drops etc.

Also, since there aren't many preservative free lubricant drops available, Is it safe to put them in scleral lens along with saline solutions?( Very Interested to know if any of your doctor had any insights around this)
