Dry eyes caused by permanent eyeliner

Please help! I am desperate to make contact with anyone who has had permanent eyeliner and then developed dry eyes or has had an allergic reaction to the dye used. I had permanent eyeliner applied to top lashline only on the 12th April this year, the biggest regret of my life. Not long after this procedure...

Went to the doctor she said it irritated the glands use warm compresses and a antibiotic drop it worked but still felt slightly irritated..
