Hi guys,

Been struggling more in recent days with vision and dry eyes seem to be getting worse at work especially.

On a normal day I put in eye drops every 3-4 hours, with 2x warm compresses.

I'm finding my heat compresses are becoming less effective and difficult to manage due to inconsistency in heat.

I suffer from nocturnal lagophthalmos, just wondering if anyone can provide some help/tips on how to correctly tape my eyelids shut at night. Also my optometrist has recommended I use a hot compress, what is the correct method to do this?
