Semi scerals -how long to get used to them

I have just got my new semi scleral lenses called SoClear. They are rigid gas permeables. The trouble is they make my eyes very sore and red. I have worn them for about 4 hours every day for a week and then about 7 hours when I went to a wedding...ouch!

One of the eye docs I've been talking too suggested using a Safigel 1day contact lens to treat my dry eye. Apparently its unique proprietary technology of hyaluronic acid releases from the contact lens. The plastic of the contact lens is bathed in moisture on both sides from this natural wetting agent....

Hi all!

Just wondering what contacts people have been able to wear with dry eyes. I have read the 1 day contacts are the best...and that trueye was good. Has anyone used TruEye or the 1 day moist contacts?

Any suggestions will help!!! Please please respond!
