I've been on Keflex for 5 days now for a throat infection. I tried augmentin for 5 days and it did nothing. I felt the Keflex made it MUCH better the next day. This is day 5 and I don't think i can deal with the dry eye it has given me. I wake up with my eyes SO dry they HURT!! Drops seem to do nothing. Are antibiotics supposed to be this drying?? I'm so tempted to quit it today. I want moisture back in my eyes!!
