Haze in my right cornea? Any others?

Hi folks I currently have a light, cloudy haze in my right cornea which has reduced my vision in that eye. I was curious if anyone else has experienced anything like that and recovered? My doctor feels its 50/50 that it will go away once my immune system goes back to normal. Unfortunately, my immune system has been attacking my eyes for the past 8 months and they believe at some point it will stop doing so and then be able to start healing some of the damage in my eyes. Anyone else ever have such an issue with their corneas?
