Question about hypothyroid, dry eyes & LDN

I am hypothyroid and have been for 12 years I also have dry eye from lasik but I think I might have had some dry eye issue pre lasik and just did not know thought it was my contacts. Anyway has anyone heard or had any luck with LDN Low Dose Naltrexone? I did some reading on it and it sounds interesting. I heard it had helped with thyroid levels and maybe even help with dry eye. Comments???
