Hi! Thanks for posting the youtube link. I have been told my my naturopath that I have poor digestion and would benefit from a mild liver flush. This can be done by squeezing about 1/3 of a lemon into warm water and drinking this on an empty stomach (in the a.m.) I believe it is to be done for three or four days and then a couple days off.
It is interesting that the youtube author mentions taking a pinch of sea salt in drinking water to ensure that water is better retained in the body.
