Blood test fpr Sjogrens

Hello folks
I have dry eyes that developed after a failed tear duct operation. I want to get some blood tests for Sjogrens, but exactly what tests do you ask for? People use acronyms on this forum (ANA, etc) and I am wondering what they mean. Thanks,

Along with an ANA the other 2 Sjogren's antibodies test is SSA and SSB they show markers for Sjogrens. I was just tested for Sjogren's my ANA was slightly elevated at 1:80 with hemo pattern but my SSA and SSB were negative. My ana may be elevated due to having Hastimoto. But remember 40% of people that have Sjogren's test negative in their blood work. A lip biopsy is more accurate
