Eyelashes growing in wrong part of lids

Im a sjs patient since 1988. Right now I suffer from fine lashes that grow into my eyes in an area that my prose dont cover. Its pretty disruptive and I go almost weekely to a doctor to pull burn freeze them. Anyone know of a surgerical option. Many surgeons have been stumpted so far

I don't know about burning or freezing them, but someone I know with a similar condition, (his eyelashes turned inward and were rubbing the eye) was treated with permanent electrolysis to remove the affected lashes and kill the follicle so they wouldn't regrow. Is that possible for you?
